February 2024 – Plenty to listen to and plenty to eat at February’s breakfast

Our guest speaker outlines the versatile option for use of storage space from a company named after a baby pigeon.

Josh Finch shares the possibilities available at Squab Storage

Squab Hall Farm in Leamington Spa is a working farm whose owners started Squab Storage in 2019.

Since then, the business has grown to four premises of which the latest is at Gun Cotton Way, Stowmarket.

All units offer 24/7 access via a QR code and a pin code with the spaces individually alarmed. Spaces are also moisture-controlled.

There are no fixed contracts and prices are frozen for a year.

Squab Workspace

Spaces can be any size from a gym locker to a work or storage space size.

Customers also get a shredding service, an on-site box shop and Squab has a partnership with Hertz vans.

Available to private customers or businesses, their flagship site in Leamington Spa has a swimming pool, café and a gym. The Stowmarket site has a newly opened barbershop’.

Network Referral Scheme

Users can run their businesses from the Squab site, but to minimise tax and VAT cannot use the Squab address.  They should register their businesses at their home addresses.

Squab operates a referral scheme with four levels, bronze, silver, gold and platinum.
